Information Hierarchy
With limited control over the user-generated content being uploaded on the platform, providing appropriated primary information hierarchy creates a sense of comfort for the user while presenting a clear holistic view of the entire platform's offering.
Information Navigation
Breaking the form into sections adaptable on native mobile devices, was done in order to reduce the user anxiety that surfaces upon otherwise encountering a long upload form. Further grouping of information within each section; the sequence of the parts as a whole; as well as appropriate information placeholders; helps in keeping the user updated and informed about the complete process and the states within.
Information Engagement
Launching digital money and its supporting infrastructure viz. consumer digital wallets; and integrating the same with a chat network; was to mimic the real-world scenario of reaching out to the owner of the interested product and making a token gesture as an assured buyer. This was executed with keeping the personal information of the platform's users and the financial transactions private and secure.
